Aldeburgh Carnival
Saturday 15th – Giant Kite flying, treasure hunts and duck races.
Sunday 16th The 10k mini-marathon, the waiters race and the Egg Boat race
Monday 17th – The Lifeboat Launch, the Carnival Procession, the Lantern Procession and Fireworks display.
There is also a funfair on for all 3 days.

Thorpeness Regatta
The Thorpeness Regagga is an annual family friendly event held on the 40 acre Meare.
The Boating lake is closed to the public whilst Boat races take place with the prize giving on the final day Friday 21st August.
When the sun goes down there is a Boat/Lantern parade on the Meare ending with an amazing Firework display on the Meare.
The Kitchen @ Thorpeness is open in the evening on 21st until 9pm.
